Happy 10th Laren!!
Laren celebrated her 10th birthday on July 25th. It was a fun day of swimming and hangin out with her cousin and some of her friends. We got into the new house JUST in time for the party, phew! It has been a very long and busy month for us, but we did it! We went to the town pool for 3 hours and watched as a big storm was threatening to come in. All was well and the kids had a ton of fun swimming and going down the water slide. Then, it was back to our house to roast hot dogs and make s'mores on the firepit........WRONG! The storm finally got here, a bit too early. So instead I got soaked cooking them on the bbq! but no complaints, it was so hot that day that it was actually nice to get the free shower! and it was actually cold! haha. We still had a great day with friends and family that we will always remember.Laren got many great gifts including a pretty blue Nintendo DSi, All new bedding and accessories for her room with her new fave colors (cobalt blue and lime green). Got some money and gift cards too. She said it was a great birthday and thanks everyone who came to help her celebrate. =o)
